How is your service provided? Is it via an app or spreadsheet?
Services are delivered via the BWV Training App & WhatsApp.
When will I start to see results?
There are many factors which will affect results so I can’t give a clear cut answer of how your body will respond to my programming.
Is this coaching system really done all online?
Yes, all programming can be done at your own leisure regardless where you are located.
WHAT'S INVOLVED WITH WEEKLY CHECK INS?
What’s included with regard to nutrition?
You will be provided with calorie & macro targets along with a sample 6-day meal plan which aligns with your goals. Nutrition coaching can also be covered in your 20-minute coaching call each month.
Is there a minimum term a client needs to be signed on for?
Yes, in order to ensure results & accountability through the process the minimum term for all online services is 12-weeks..
What is the commitment level required?
This service is 100% tailored to you and your level of commitment however it is recommended that you can commit to at least 4 x 60-90 minute training days per week.
will i have access to all my training data & history?
On your allocated check in day we will run through any video submissions from the week for technical feedback along with reviewing your training, lifestyle and nutrition habits for that week with the goal to further optimise the next one!
Yes of course, all your training data is stored inside the app. There are 8 major reports that are collected and can be viewed at any time in app.
